What loan is best for remodeling an inherited home?

I know nothing about loans and such, we want to remodel our inherited home but aren’t sure which loan is the best.

Details: It’s a CBS single-family home in South Florida, completely paid off, built in 1990, and in excellent condition, it just needs some upgrades and remodeling.
