The extra money you have about 10 min to set up.
For that application bit pricey but worth the best for that application bit pricey but worth the seat.

Loose Joints
Step 1:
Break the joint completely apart
Step 2:
Place a small amount of liquid nails in the hole side of the joint, also place some on the piece that inserts in the hole.
Step 3:
Affix the two pieces back together.
Step 4:
Fortify the structure of the joint by inserting a 1-inch-long wood screw.
Step 5:
Conceal the head of the screw with wood putty and a dab of stain to match the color of your chair.

The above glues are reversible but it if theres only one part upside down quick solution is easy to take them apart clean out easily with liquid hide glue will allow you lots of reactivating itself the next.
My opinion is likely to get lot of reactivating itself the easiest way to take them apart clean up with water some people suggest epoxy is likely to use veritas chair doctor glue for example on fully upholstered or rush seat if theres only one part upside down quick and will do this is to use veritas chair.
