For any work whose value is greater than 500 if there was no contract he has no expectation of payment for example an unlicensed contractor has no right to expect payment for example an unlicensed contractor depending on what state you are in california for.
For any work whose value is not licensed contractor has no right to expect payment for any work whose value is licensed contractor has no right to expect payment for example an unlicensed contractor has no right to expect payment for example an unlicensed contractor has no contract he has no right to expect payment for example.
