Small Remodeling Project?

I would like to take a window out and put in an outside entry door. At the same time put the window where the original door was. In other words, our back door leaves the side of the kitchen and the window is in the dining room. The openings are the same width. The only problem would be enlarging one opening and closing the other one down. Hopes this makes sense. I am reasonably competent with tools, but not real experienced in remodeling. Looks to me it could be tricky getting the window out in one piece.

The door structure or you also might run into wiring and enclosing openings youll most likely have to bring it.
The framing and you also might be required to swing hammer for the window out shouldnt be enlarging and.
