Redecorating my home office?

I am currently redecorating the front bedroom in my home as my office. I want to decorate it as an island getaway. I thought about painting the top half of the walls a sky blue. The bottom half I want to paint as if it were the ocean. and then i would have sand colored carpeting. My question is what shade of blue should i use for the bottom half of the walls?
I also thought about getting a large yellow circle to indicate the sun.
I also want to know for fish in the ocean should i use decals or stencil them on?
Would it be better to get palm trees and place them in the room or should I also stencil them or get decals to place on the walls?

The shopping channels either hsn or qvc very realistic looking for palm trees et cetera.

For the top part of the bottom of the bottom of the bottom of the top part of the wall paint basecoat in white and create sort faux sky effect.
