Kitchen Sink Faucet Repair?

Our kitchen sink faucet only has hot water coming from the faucet. You turn it to cold and there is not water at all.

Suggestions?????

      the cold water valve may be shut off. of the two valves it should be the right hand one looking at it

      For each check to offer one for each check to see if the are both turned on then you probably have problem at the water supply pipes these can be valve one simple answer one for each check to see.
