      It would be easier to do the floors first. That way you don’t have to cut around all the cabinets.

      The floor first because if they ever need to the appliances like the dishwasher and then the configuration of the cabinets would mean youll have harder time removing appliances over the appliances over the floor first and that would mean youll have to.
