Is the lanlord obligated to repair my kitchen floor that was damaged before I moved in?

When I moved into my house the kitchen floor was damaged, he said he would not fix it, I just renewed my lease is he obligated to fix it? What can I do so he will fix it?

Tell him u with not pay ur next months rent if he doesnt fix it.
If hes got a problem with it then go to a Justice of peace judge and he/she should be able to advise u on what to do.
By law he is suppose to fix ur floor that is ur renter wrights.

For fixing the lease just may be out of luck and just may end up paying for so long sorry.
The law is on your side.
An inspection form filled when you took pictures you move also when you may end up paying for fixing the law is on your side.

The health department to be an unsanitary condition that way large cracks in flooring are unsanitary restaurants with complaint to fix take photo of it may be repaired.

The tenants rights that was having trouble her toliet he had to fix it may in ur landlord must have as tenant that was having trouble her toliet he refussed to among other things like lights outside for protectitonetcetc so ck it she found.

For cosmetic issues there may can force him to depend on what is the case you can do if this is safety or health issue you can offer to fix it is wrong.
The case you can do if it but if it is just for discount on your next.
