hello
I have an apartment that I lived in for over a year, I plan to stay here for a few years. I never decorated a home before, I’m not sure how to go about it. I am aloud to paint, as long as it’s a light shade. I have a 3 year old and a baby on the way, so I’m keeping my budget at around $2000. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
