how do I repair scratched lacquer on a kitchen cupboard?

I’ve just had a new kitchen fitted and when the worksurface was installed, a cabinet was scratched. The lacquer has been completely taken off - it’s a small area (probably 3mm * 3mm) - is it possible to seamlessly repair this type of scratch to the lacquer?

try nail varnish, if you can get one the same colour then it shouldn’t show.
