My house is on a concrete slab not a sub floor. I just recently installed laminate wood flooring i’m installing quarter round trim at the base board my question is how would i attach the trim i can’t nail it cause of the concrete I was going to use liquid nail what do you think? I need some advise………

    The wall there should be 2×4 or 2×6 sill plate running along the laminate flooring expands and contracts assume you left gap between the laminate flooring and the wall.
