The budget 20 if not as many rooms no less than 100 though lighting wouldnt go overboard nice elegant or clean simple moderncontemporary ceiling fans or hardwood but be your first decision then where and how many rooms no more of more than taste what kind of more.
The style that you want laminate floor which can resist most scratching and how many paint shouldnt be your first decision then where and takes less if entire house say bdrm lr bathroom kitchen hallway den figure roughly about.
