design/remodeling computer software?

fun mom asked:

my boyfriend and I are always remodeling our house and knocking down walls. he also flips houses. so our question is what is the best computer software for redesigning. he has his degree in autocad but we would like something similar to what you see on the HGTV shows like “Hidden Potential” and “Spice up my Kitchen”. If you have a favorite home design software I’d love to know what it is!!

      I can’t remember the exact name but you can find it at amazon.com or ebay.
